John Owan-Enoh has officially handed over to Mr. Shehu Dikko, the newly appointed Chairman of the National Sports Commission. During the handover ceremony, the former Minister presented comprehensive briefs of the various departments, highlighting progress made during his one-year and three-month tenure.
