By Our Correspondent The newly established Institute of Technology and Management (ITM) by the Cross River State Government today matriculated its first set of students. The Institute, situated in Ugep, and modeled after Highbury College‎, Portsmouth, is managed by the United Kingdom Institute. At the moment it offers courses in Business Management and Entrepreneurship, Information
