By Sylvia Akpan An unknown mother has dumped her infant child in a refuse dump in Calabar, Cross River State. In the wee hours of Wednesday,  August 16, an unknown baby was found dead by the dustbin at Palm Street by Atakpa close to Pin Margaret Commercial School, Calabar South LGA. The baby whose gender
