By Frank Ulom, Converseer A newborn baby has been found dead opposite St. Peter’s Church by Isayi Road, Ijiman, Ugep in Yakurr Local Government Area of Cross River State. Converseer gathered that the baby’s lifeless body identified as male was found on Thursday, in a precarious condition, with no signs of struggle or foul play.
