By CrossRiverWatch Admin The National Executive Committee (NEC), of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has expelled it’s former National Vice Chairman, South South, Hilliard Eta. The NEC approved the expulsion of Eta for not withdrawing the court case instituted against the Mala Buni-led caretaker committee. The NEC also dissolved all States and regional structures in
