By Sylvia Akpan, Government House Correspondent The committee in charge of payment of gratuities has advised retirees that it has not scheduled any verification exercise for recipients of gratuities in the first tranche. This was conveyed in a press release signed by Orok Bassey Okon, Permanent Secretary/Committee Secretary dated 12th August, 2024. The Committee said
