By Patrick Obia The Cross River State Police Command has announced a total restriction of all forms of vehicular movement on roads, waterways, and other forms of transportation during election hours. This was contained in a release signed by the Command’s Police Public Relations Officer, SP Irene Ugbo, for the Commissioner of Police stating that
