By Sylvia Akpan, Government House Correspondent The Cross River Governor, Sen. Bassey Edet Otu has ordered the immediate stoppage of all scrap metal activities in the State.  Gov. Otu through his Deputy Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Darlington Edem said the action became imminent due to theft and vandalization of critical infrastructures.  The decision of the
