By Michael Odah Winners of last month’s election of the Cross River State chapter of the Association for Orphans and Vulnerable Children Non-Governmental Organizations in Nigeria (AONN), have been sworn in with a call for the body to impact positively on the people they represent. Stella Odey, Cross River women affairs commissioner in her address
