Rhythm FM News Editor to Bury Dad in Cross River

With a heavy heart and gratitude to God Almighty, the Imoke Edoki family of Ano Edogi-we Agbara, Igbo-Ekureku in Abi Local Government Area of Cross River State announces the passing away of their family head, father, uncle, brother and grandfather, Retired Warrant Officer 2, WO-2 Samuel Imoke Edoki Rtd. who passed unto glory on the 17th of April, 2013 aged 76.

Pa Edoki, a devout Christian, was an elder of the Presbyterian Church of Nigeria.

He was an Intelligence Officer with the Nigerian Army where he worked with the Directorate of Military Intelligence, DMI, 82 Division of the Nigerian Army, Enugu, 34 FAB, Obinze Owerri, Imo State and different other formations of the Army Intelligence.

He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren and brothers amongst who is Mr. Richard Edoki, a News Editor with Silverbird’s Rhythm 93.7 FM in Lagos.

According to details in a statement signed by Mr. Richard Edoki and made available to CrossRiverWatch, The late Pa Edoki will be buried on the 13th of July at his hometown of Igbo-Ekureku in Abi Local Government Area of Cross River State.
