Collection Of Permanent Voters Card Commence Across Cross River State

The collection of permanent voters cards commenced across the 18 local government areas in Cross River State yesterday.

CrossRiverWatch reporters went round the state and report that there was a large turn out of voters and that the electoral officials arrived on time for the commencement of the exercise.
