After the long lull in government activities in the state due to the temporary relocation of the state government to Abuja following the rancor that followed the PDP Ward Congresses, the State governor, Liyel Imoke finally arrived Calabar this evening amidst cheers from PDP supporters at the airport. CrossRiverWatch was at the airport.

It is hoped that government activities can now come back to life with the return of the state chief executive from Abuja.
