Cross River State, Deputy Governor, Efiok Cobham says the ruling People’s Democratic Party, PDP which he is a member of, has all categories of personalities that are unique to each political situation.
Efiok Cobham who has been Governor Liyel Imoke’s deputy since he stepped into office in May 29, 2007 made this statement recently at his party’s campaign rally at the open field opposite the Civic Center in Abuochiche, Bekwarra local government area when he was invited to speak and introduce his boss Senator Liyel Imoke.
“PDP has everything, the good the bad and the ugly. When some people feel they are strong, we send the bad ones to them, when they feel they are very tough” he said.
The statement drew ire from a section of the supporters as it came at a time when security officials had some issues controlling the supporters with the Deputy Governor specifically pointing at a particular young man who was been dragged away by security operatives for reasons unknown to CrossRiverWatch.
