As the April 11, 2015 date for the re-scheduled Gubernatorial and State Houses of Assembly elections inches closer, more and more political groups are declaring their support for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate the election, Sen. Ben Ayade.

One of such support came recently from a political group, “Good Leadership Crusaders”, which is being piloted by Tito Eze-David, who is also the Cross River State Coordinator of PDP Igbo Group.

In a letter dated February 5, 2015 entitled, “Solidarity and Commendation” and signed by the group leader, Tito Eze-David, and addressed to Sen. Ayade, the group stated that they are totally committed to Ayade’s aspiration and to seeing him emerge as the next governor of Cross River State in the April 11 polls.

Tito Eze-David said that his group is motivated into supporting Ayade because they are aware that Ayade like all great minds and leaders possess the required integrity, prudence and transparency, politics of wisdom and ethics which have been sustained by his philanthropist nature and the unquenchable desire to serve his people.

The Good Leadership Crusaders leaders explained that the “Governor and the state chairman, Ntufam John Okon and others, we thank them…for the promise fulfilled by Governor Imoke-ensuring that governorship position is shifted to the northern senatorial zone of Cross River State.”, According to him, the group had already started work for the Obudu born PDP governorship candidate since 2014 just as so many other groups are doing.

“Certainly, the support my group and I are giving you is linked to the work we did for your predecessors- Mr. Donald Duke in 1999 and 2003; Senator Imoke in 2007, 2008 and 2012. They all won. You are going to win as well, we promise….I stand tall to assure you of our 100 percent support…”, the Good Leadership Crusaders leader asserted.
