The member representing Ogoja State Constituency in the Cross River State House of Assembly, CRSHA Hon. Peter Odey has felicitated with the management and staff of CrossRiverWatch on its 3rd Year Anniversary coming up on August, 27th 2015.

Hon. Peter commended CrossRiverWatch saying “it has built a great reputation for itself as the most reliable and most trust worthy online media that reports the affairs of the State and her people without fear or favor.”

Odey who made the commendation via a statement signed and made available to our correspondent by his legislative aide, Prince Thomas Abi said he is “happy to reckon with CrossRiverWatch because in just three years of existence, the online platform has done well.”

Hon. Odey who is the Chairman, House Committee on Due Process, MDGS, International Donor Support, Inter Governmental/Public Affairs, maintained that he appreciates the cordial relationship his office enjoys with Team CrossRiverWatch, and commended the management of CRWatch Resources, Publishers of CrossRiverWatch for this year’s lecture theme: The Reality of A Non-Oil Economy: Prospects and Challenges.”

While urging the team to keep the fire burning and not relent in their efforts, he described this year’s lecture theme as timely owing to dwindling oil prices and the poor state of the economy of the State.

Hon. Odey ended by wishing the management and Staff of CRWatch Resources continued good health and extolled their passion towards service delivery and zeal put into bringing timely information to the people of Cross River and her well wishers.
