A former Nigerian ambassador to Ethiopia and Member of the immediate past House of Representatives, Ambassador Nkoyo Toyo has been appointed Lead Special Advisor to Governor Ben Ayade on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
A statement by the Special Assistant on Media and Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr Christian Ita, in Calabar today said Ambassador Nkoyo was appointed along side the immediate past Chairman of the Department of Public Transportation, DOPT, Barrister Edem Ekong, who has now been appointed Managing Director of the Calabar Haulage City and Mr. Stanley Nsemo, who has also been appointed Director General, Cross River State Signage and Advertising Agency (CRISSA).
The appointments take immediate effect according to the statement.
