Ayade Sets Up New Task Force To Check Illegal Logging

The State Governor, Senator Ben Ayade has approved the constitution of a new taskforce to checkmate illegal logging in the state.

The taskforce, which has retired Air Vice Marshal Effiom Eko Osim as Chairman, has the following persons as members:

Mr. Jerome Ayade – Secretary
Mr. William Asuquo – Member
Mr. Jimmy Enyia – Member
Mr. Chris Edadel Ekup – Member
Ntufam Emmanuel Nyong – Member
Sir. Peter Okongo – Member
Sir. Essien Effa – Member
Mr. James Arembang Isong – Member
Enshie Sunday Okwo – Member

A statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Barrister Tina Banku Agbor, says the appointments are with immediate effect.
