Ayade Submits List Of 25 Commissioners To Assembly, Screening To Commence Tuesday

The Cross River State Governor, Senator Ben Ayade has submitted a list of 25 nominees for Commissioners in the State Executive Council, to the State House of Assembly.

A top government house aid told CrossRiverWatch that the list was submitted on Friday to the Speaker by the Secretary to the state government, Mrs. Tina Agbor.

Reliable sources in the Speaker’s office also told CrossRiverWatch that the list has been received and an Executive session of the House will hold today, Monday to deliberate on the guidelines and procedures for screening of the nominees while the actual screening will commence tomorrow Tuesday.

CrossRiverWatch had not gotten access to the complete names of those who made the 25 man list but the House will unveil the names of the nominees at plenary on Tuesday.
