Pan African Students Congress (PASCON) has honored Senator John Owan Enoh with the Award of Excellence in appreciation of his strong commitment to nation building.
At the presentation held in his office inside the National Assembly Abuja recently, a ten man delegation of the congress comprising delegates from Malawi, Togo, Ghana and Nigeria led by its President, Dogbo Ayi said that Senator Enoh’s commitment to the service of his people made the award inevitable.
‘‘After a critical and fundamental observation of your antecedents especially your relentless commitment to the service of your fatherland, with transparency and accountability as your watchword, the fact finding committee of the Pan African Student’s Congress recommended you for this prestigious award’’. The keynote address by the congress said.
In his response, Senator Enoh, thanked the Congress for the award. He said that he accepted the award because he had neither interacted nor met them before now, a development which he said may have assured the independence of their assessment.
He assured them that he will continue to pay greater attention to the challenges facing the youth especially in the field of education.
