The Management of Paradise Musical and Festival Award (PMFA) has officially unveiled the logo for her 2016 event at a ceremony held at the James Henshaw Foundation Building in Calabar, the Cross River State Capital.
Speaking with our correspondent, Mr. Charles Simeon, Project Manager of PMFA said that this year’s event will be the first that will incorporate both the award and the festival for the sake of diversity.
The Manager said the aim of the festival is to promote indigenous and local content and artists by giving them the platform to showcase their innate abilities in a community that will appreciate their work.
Also speaking, Mr. Effiom Trombone, the Executive Director also promised to make this year’s event outstanding by showcasing different thrilling talents and performances.
He said that the event will feature cultural dance troupe, brass band, acrobatics, pyrotechnic, musical performance, comedy and the star act performance plus lots of other attractions.
