Militants in Bakassi Local government of Cross River State have warned their ilk in the creeks of Bayelsa and Delta state to desist from continuous bombing of oil pipelines and ,embrace dialogue as an option to end the crisis in the region.

In a message to the Niger Delta Avengers, the leader of the Bakassi Strike Force, who is seen bearing his arm along with some of his hooded fighters behind him, told Channels Television that they were prepared to lay down their arms if government will address the issues that compelled them to bear arms.
