The Vice Chancellor of the University of Calabar, Professor Zana Akpagu has been confirmed as the Chairman of the CrossRiverWatch 5th anniversary lecture, a statement from the media outfit management says.
Signed by the Editor-in-chief, Agba Jalingo, the marketing manager, Emmanuel Etim and the Managing Editor, Jeremiah Archibong, the statement said: “Professor Zana Akpagu has been selected as the Chairman of the occasion due to his sterling leadership qualities and achievements in administration over the years.
“The event will feature an anniversary lecture and a panel which will be disclosed at a later date.”
The anniversary comes up on August 27, 2017 with the statement adding that other speakers and invited guests will be “Unveiled at the appropriate time.”
