Linda Ayade To Present CrossRiverWatch Man Of The Year 2017 Award To Winner, March 28

The winner of the CrossRiverWatch Man Of The Year 2017 award, Dr. Inyang Asibong, will be presented the award, March 28 in Calabar, organizers have announced.

According to the statement from the organizers, the award will be presented by the wife of the governor of Cross River state, Dr. Linda Ayade in a colorful ceremony at the Transcorp hotel, Calabar.

“We are glad to announce that the Wife of our State Governor, Dr. Linda Ayade, has been contacted and she has gracefully accepted to come and present the CrossRiverWatch Man Of The Year 2017 award to the winner on the 28th of March 2018 at Transcorp hotel Calabar.

“We express our gratitude to the first lady, our heart felt congratulations to the winner and our deep respect for the voters who all made this possible in the end.” part of the statement read.

Dr. Inyang, the state Commissioner for Health, beat 14 other nominees with a huge margin, both in the first and second round of voting to emerge winner in a keen contest that churned out over 10,000 votes in both rounds.
