APC Appoints NDDC Board Chairman, Ndoma-Egba National Convention Secretary

The National Working Committee (NWC) of the ruling All Progressives Congress APC, has appointed the Chairman of the Niger Delta Development Commission, (NDDC), Sen. Victor Ndoma-Egba SAN, as Secretary for it’s forthcoming National Convention.

A statement released by his Special Assistant Communication, Clara Braide, confirmed the development and revealed that his principal has received a letter from the party to that regard.

It is also confirmed that the former Senate leader is working out modalities with Jigawa State Governor, Alhaji Abubakar Badaru, the Chairman of the convention Committee to ensure a hitch free convention with less than three weeks remaining.

Recall that the former secretary of the Convention Planning Committee, Sen. Benjamin Uwajumogu resigned his appointment citing domestic infuence beyond his control as reasons for his resignation.

The National Convention of the party is billed to hold on June 23, 2018.
