Ayade Mega City: Prototypes Will Be Ready First Quarter 2019 – Government (VIDEO)

The Cross River State Government has assured Cross Riverians that phase one the Ayade Mega City Project in partnership with Post-Service Housing Development Limited will be completed and habitable by the end of first quarter in 2019.

The assurance was given by the Executive Secretary of the State New City Development Board, Mr. David Oyube at the site of the project Adiabo, Tinapa as he attributed the delay in completing prototypes to incessant rainfall in Calabar

Also the site engineers met on ground by CrossRiverWatch TV Crew assured that the entire process from construction to bidding for sales of the property will be transparent with the Army spearheading the process.

The Post-Service Housing Development Limited is an arm of the Nigerian Army registered in 1996 to venture in real estate for Nigerians. It is headed by the Chief of Army Staff as it CEO and the General bearing its Managing Director.
