The Cross River State Governor, Sen. Ben Ayade has granted amnesty to the Bakassi Strike Force (Agitators), led by their leader G1.
The group led by their leader G1 came out in their numbers as well as surrendered many several categories of assault rifle.
The surrendering of BSF is the first big win for the newly appointed Southern Senatorial District State Security Adviser, Chief Ani Esin who happens to be a former Chairman of Bakassi.
As a result of laying down their arms, the Cross River State Governor, Sen. Ben Ayade is expected to proffer an alternative livelihood for them.
