In the just concluded Presidential and National Assembly election across the country, in Cross River State the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has clinched the highest vote.

The Presidential Result Sheet Being Distributed To Relevant Authorities While REC Watch.

According to the result confirmed at the State Collation Center for the Presidential by the Returning Officer, Prof. Ibhadode Akii (VC FUPRE) PDP got 295, 737 votes  while it’s major rival APC had 117, 302 votes.

Total votes from Cross River State in different categories:

  • Registered voters: 1, 512, 915
  • Accredited voters: 461, 033
  • Valid vote: 421, 899
  • Rejected votes: 24, 145
  • Votes cast: 446, 044
