The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) Cross River State chapter has re-elected Dr. Lawrence Ekwok to serve as Chairman of the organization for another term of four years.
Dr. Ekwok who was re-elected alongside Apostle Trinity Ogar and Apostle Frank Umo, both serving their second term as Deputy Chairman and General Secretary respectively, as well as a new Treasurer, Pastor Victor Ovat, will lead an Executive Committee of about twenty members.
The officers were elected to be in the State Executive Committee of the umbrella body of all Pentecostal churches in Cross River State for the next four years to oversee the activities of the organization in the State.
The inauguration of the new SEC is scheduled to hold on Tuesday April 2, 2019 at Church of God Mission, Satellite Town, Calabar at 4pm.
Among those expected for the inauguration are the National Officers of the PFN including the South-South Vice President, Bishop Simeon Okah and the National Chairman of States Inauguration Committee, Archbishop Joseph Ojo.
It would be recalled that Dr. Lawrence Ekwok and the other two was first sworn-in on February 22, 2015 for the first term of four years before recently re-elected for a second after their first term expired.
