The Cross River State Commissioner for Solid Minerals, Hon. George O’ben Etchi has called on Cross Riverians to support the State Governor even as he intends to downsize his cabinet.
He made the call in an exclusive interview with CrossRiverWatch TV in his Okoi Arikpo office Calabar.
Speaking on the Ayade’s decision to rescind from his initial “food on the table” policy, Mr. George said “it is he that wears the shoe that knows where it pinches,” admonishing all to believe in the intent of the Governor, while also adding that his new decision, “is to make sure that he delivers tangible services to Cross Riverians.”
While rounding up his thoughts, O’Ben-Etchi thanked the Governor for the opportunity given to him to serve in such capacity, while enjoining his successor to build on the foundation laid by his team in order to achieve greater results.
