When Cpl. Canice Adie, was granted a three days pass by the army authorities at the Second Brigade in Uyo Akwa Ibom state, to keep an appointment back home in Obudu in Cross River state where he hails from, little did the authorities know about his real motive.

Cpl. Canice Adie, who hails from Igwo village in Obudu, had been having a feud with one Innocent Itakwu, from Kubung-Bette village also in Obudu, who is a staff of the Federal College of Education in Obudu.

CrossRiverWatch gathered that, Cpl. Canice Adie, is dating one of the younger sisters of Innocent Itakwu, and this has created a protracted fuse between the duo.
