The Chairman of Association of Cross River Online Journalists (ACROJ) Comrade Hope Obeten has been appointed Chief Press Secretary to the Speaker of the Cross River State House of Assembly, Hon. Eteng Jonah Williams.
The news was confirmed by the ACROJ Chairman to this reporter who was hopeful that he’ll leave up to expectation.
Mr. Obeten who is the Publisher of Calabar Blog, maintained that he will not just manage the image of the Speaker and the Assembly but will also make it more accessible.
He added that part of his priority will be opening up the 9th Assembly digitally.
