Barrister Alphonsus Eba, the Director General Cross River State Due Process and Price Intelligence has extended a hand of fellowship to Senator John Owan Enoh, the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in the Mach 9 2019 election to return to the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
Barrister Eba stated this while commenting on the victory of Senator Ben Ayade at the Panel Three of the Governorship Election Tribunal on Thursday.
He said Owan Enoh has always been a leading member of the PDP and only moved to the APC to contest the governorship election and that the election is over he should return to the PDP.
He said Senator Ayade runs an open door policy and is ready to welcome anyone with ideas that will help industrialise and develop the State.
According to him, the APC petition did not contest the victory of the Governor in the March 9 election but wanted the panel to accommodate its candidates in the election which is clearly outside the jurisdiction of the panel as its request is a pre-election matter.
