Real estate giant, PWAN says it is determined to empower Cross Riverians by not only making it easy for them to acquire a property but it will also ensure their partners get commission and reward for partnering with them.
Coordinator of PWAN group in Cross River State, Mr. Joel Emmanuel disclosed this in a chat with journalists in Calabar, the Cross River State capital.
According to Mr. Joel, PWAN with over 107 estates spread across Nigeria is determined to empower as many Cross Riverians as possible. Maintaining that PWAN is not just a company but a critical wealth creation agent for those who are determined to get out of poverty.
He said, “Our goal is to empower as many Cross Riverians as possible via the PWAN scheme. Truth be told PWAN is not just about real estate, it is an empowerment programme through real estate. It is a ministry. It is our believe that everyone deserves a piece of this earth in their name”.
Mr. Joel said as a partner “you are the first to know when a new estate is launched. Prices are usually cheap then, you can acquire yours before the prices begin to go up”.
He also hinted on other benefits partners stand to gain, like the 15% referral bonus for every client you refer to buy from PWAN. Mr. Joel said while the company is still trying to work out a location for their Calabar site, many were already calling in to secure their plots.
