The Cross River State Government as part of it’s strategy to return life back to normal as well as contain the spread of COVID-19 has permitted worship centers to resume activities.
The Governor, Ben Ayade while reiling out condition to hold fellowship stressed that all must wear face mask and adhere to other guidelines.
Relatively, the State Governor has wept and lamented that “haven spent five years in office” his shocked to have not achieved his desires to transform the State.
He made the confession in the event of inauguating the State Anti-Tax Agency headed by Bishop Ema Isong where he cried out for help.
Ayade regretted that after abolishing taxation of low income earners since 2015 they’re are still being taxed. He claimed not to be aware of the taxation of low income earners. In 2017 and 2018, he reiterated the directive and was never obeyed as 27 days after the March 2018 pronouncement our newsroom in a vox pop reported complains of non-compliance from Government accredited tax agents.
The Governor who has barely two years and half in office wished that God can make his family poor and make all Cross Riverians rich.
