JUST IN: CRUTECH Loses Another Lecturer, Dr. Brown

News reaching our newsroom has it that former Head of Department, Mass Communication in Cross River University of Technology (CRUTECH), Dr. Ndoma Brown is dead.

Multiple sources including close relations, lecturers as well as students confirmed his demise in the late hours of Monday, 4th May, 2020 after a brief illness.

The passing away of the lkom born Associate professor comes as a shock to many especially students and lecturers who took to social media to express grip as the department and institution have lost yet another brain.

His demise is coming less than four years the same department lost Dr. Obongawan Edim, Former Head of Department also who was reportly slumped and died after returning from church service.

Recall that on 17th September, 2019 the students of Mass Communication took a procession round the school to mourn one of their lecturer, Mr. Vincent Mogu who gave his last breath in the early hours of Tuesday, 10th September 2019, after battling with protracted illness and was lay to rest in his home town, Ukpe in Ogoja Local Government Area of Cross River State.
