Cross River State Independent Electoral Commission (CROSIEC), on Tuesday issued certificate of return to 18 elected Local Government Chairmen and Counselors.
The presentation which held inside CROSIEC conference hall was scheduled for 1 O’Clock but kicked started few minutes to 2 O’Clock as a result of late arrival and meeting held only by the newly elected Chairmen and some PDP caucus while pressmen hovered outside the premises before few were let in.
