Court Adjourns Journalists Trial To August 10 For Ruling

The case between the Cross River State Commissioner of Police against CrossRiverWatch Managing and News Editor, Archibong Jeremiah and Jonathan Ugbal has been adjourned to August 10, 2020 for ruling.

Two witness of the Prosecution Counsel had given testimony in the case (MC/428C/19).

The Counsel to CrossRiverWatch Managing and News Editor had made a no case submission.

The Court presided over by Chief Magistrate Rita Marshall granted them bail after being detained for over 45 hours.
