While owners of public and private facilities as well as individuals count the losses suffered after hoodlums invaded different properties in Calabar between Friday and Saturday, CrossRiverWatch visited the Federal Neuro-Psychiatric hospital which was one of the worst affected.
More than 96 percent of medical and non-medical items were carted away from the 117 year old facility with only the structures left untouched.
The Medical Director, Dr. Bassey Edet said clinical services will continue despite the arson even as he hopes that the facility will be renovated as soon as possible.
