Acclaimed government enforcement agents have been caught on video soliciting for bribe from a taxi driver at the Ika Ika Oqua (Marian) market who allegedly parked wrongly.
The agents who bragged, boasted of their might, insisted on receiving a bribe of NGN5,000 from the unidentified driver and could be heard telling the cabbie that they wanted him to feel the pain of extortion.
