Weeks after CrossRiverWatch investigation revealed that after budgeting ₦42 billion, Cross River Government resorted to an obscure company for the construction of spaghetti flyover, rehabilitation and dualization of Calabar-Odukpani highway, the State Governor, Sen. Ben Ayade has inspected the site.
Governor Ayade visited the site a day before presenting the State’s 2022 budget of ₦276 billion christened “Conjugated Agglutination” to the House of Assembly.
