NYCN Celebrates Hon. Oben-Etchi On Birthday, Get N1 Million To Roof Youth Center

Hon. George Oben-Etchi, Cross River Commissioner for Social Housing has donated the sum of 1,000,000 Naira to the State chapter of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN).

The former legislator gave the money to support the organization complete its Youth House roofing.

The largesse was after NYCN hosted him to celebrate his birthday and his appreciation for always being kind to the group.

State Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, Comr. Dan Obo said the event is to appreciate him for the support he has shown the NYCN.

According to him, Hon. George has supported youth-friendly programs and amongst others deserves to be celebrated.

On his part, the State Commissioner for Youth Development and Skills Acquisition, Signor Omang Idiege appreciated the youths for celebrating him as he described the celebrant as a man with supportive nature.

Other dignitaries present spoke highly of Hon. George and commended NYCN.
