The All Progressive Congress, APC, presidential aspirant, Governor Ben Ayade of Cross River State is among 10 who could not scale through the party’s primaries screening.
A document obtained by CrossRiverWatch shows that the Cross River State Governor is among ten aspirants disqualified by the Presidential Screening Committee.
The thirteen (13) aspirants cleared for the primaries scheduled for next week include; Badaru Abubakar, Godswil Akpabio, Rotimi Amaechi, Ibikunle Amosun, Yahaya Bello, Kayode Fayemi, Twin Jack-Rich, Ahmed Lawan, Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba, Christopher Onu, Yemi Osinbajo, Bola Tinubu, and David Umahi.
The Chairman of the APC Presidential Screening Committee, John Oyegun disclosed on Friday that only 13 out of the 23 aspirants screened are cleared for the presidential primary scheduled for June 6 and 8, 2022 in Abuja.
