The Governor of Cross River State, Sen. Ben Ayade has presented a three hundred and thirty billion (330) Naira budget for 2023 to the State House of Assembly. The budget is termed the budget of Quantum Infinitum.
He said the recurrent expenditure is pegged at one hundred and thirty (130) billion Naira to carter for salaries, pension among others while the Capital expenditure is two hundred (200) billion Naira and 61% focus on current projects in the State.
He said it is a budget of morality, focused on agro-industrialization and centered on the citizens where every Cross Riverian is carried along.
