A yet-to-be-named suspect has been arrested for allegedly trying to steal an SUV in the University of Calabar.
The suspect had successfully entered the car and was trying to drive off using the VC’s way-in instead of way out when the gate was shut against him.
He drove around the main camp of the University trying to escape but was chased down by angry mobs and security.
The suspect claimed that the car belongs to his mother.
He’s currently chilling with the varsity’s security.
