In a leadership transition, Professor Stephen Ochang has formally handed over as Acting Vice Chancellor of the University of Cross River State (UNICROSS) to Professor David Ogar, the newly appointed Acting Vice-Chancellor.
The handover ceremony was held in the Calabar campus of the institution as Professor Ogar resumed his duty.
One of the school lecturers who wouldn’t want to be named, wished both professors well in their endeavors.

“I wish Prof. Ochang God’s blessings in all his future academic and administrative duties. Also, I wish Prof. Ogar God’s wisdom and strength in the discharge of his assignment as Acting Vice-Chancellor.”
The university community looks forward to the leadership of Professor Ogar, who is expected to build on the achievements of his predecessor and take UNICROSS to new heights.
