Armed welding suspected Kidnappers have abducted a pregnant woman in Cross River State.
The heavily pregnant woman (name undisclosed) was kidnapped yesterday in Eseku Community, Creek Town of Odukpani Local Government Area of the state.
Sources told CrossRiverWatch that the target was her husband who escaped but they had no option but to whisk the wife away, sparking fears in the community.
The sources added that the abductors used the waterways at Esuk Ansa through land to Eseku which is a distance of about four kilometers.
CrossRiverWatch gathers that the kidnappers are demanding fifteen (15) million Naira ransom.
