How Often Do You Get Tired! BY AGBA JALINGO

I do not think that there is anyone who has been able to develop the ability to tell when exactly they fall sleep. We all can tell when we went to bed. But there is that moment when your eyes close by themselves and you fall asleep. No one knows that moment. That moment is the orifice that, nature which formed our body, returns it to the charging point to recharge.

Most people generally believe that energy is discharged from our bodies only through physical and mental activity. But as we move about our daily activities or even when we are motionless, energy is dissipated from our body per every breath we take or eject.

Scientifically, there is no object, including the human body, whose temperature can go down to absolute zero. Consequently, all objects generate thermal energy, including our bodies. There is a trap-able but invisible form of thermal radiation that our bodies constantly emit. For example, you feel it when you hug or cuddle. That radiation drains constant energy from the body’s power bank.

Even the rhythm of the impulses of our nerves as they pulsate within our body, emits measurable electromagnetic energy. When we pass out urine, faeces, sweat, tears and carbon dioxide, our bodies are emitting chemical energy.

When we make any form of motion, whether it’s walking, running, working, blinking, winking, waving or even the movement of internal organs like the heart and lungs, we are emitting storable mechanical energy. The body also emits transferable sound energy when we talk and through the sounds of our breathing and our digestive system.

So what usually makes you tired is no longer far from your knowledge. It is not just physical or mental activity. The plethora of energy clefts in our bodies, makes sleep a perfect natural requisite for recharging and it should necessarily be beyond our control. When we fall asleep, our body returns to its “Energy Currency” called, Adenosine triphosphate
ATP, a molecule that acts as the primary energy carrier in our cells, to recharge.

But we are not just biological beings. Our body is infused with other components that are both psychic and spiritual. Something you may want to call, ‘the breath of life.” That is what animates our bodies. And for a “body” to function maximally, these later components must also save up their own energy currency. I have no idea how much you have in these accounts, but it is to what extent the psychic or spiritual currency is amassed that enables one “body” to be distinguished from others.

So in the end, methinks that if your body is always tired or always confused or always afraid or always worried, that is because it is natural for the body to so be. It is part of the characteristics of the body. Therefore, while your biological body requires all the nutritional and medical attention to stay fit, you now have to intentionally animate that body with the other two frequencies to enable it function maximally. Adepts have always known that.

You need to save up the spiritual and/or psychic currencies to enable the body challenge and overcome it’s encumbrances. By so doing, the body will be energized and will no longer be frequently tired. The body will be less afraid, less worried, less fearful, the body will be more fruitful, more confident, more courageous and more productive. Don’t take this for granted!
