The Director-General of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) Governorship Campaign Organization in Cross River State, Hon. Prince Henry Enyong, has appealed to party members, supporters, and well-wishers to remain calm following the reported omission of the names of the party’s governorship candidate, Ambassador Nkoyo Toyo, and her running mate, Dr. Dino Morgan, from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) list.

Hon. Prince Henry reassured party members and supporters that the matter is receiving the party’s attention and that the appropriate steps are being taken to address the situation.

He urged all ADC faithful to remain peaceful, patient, and law-abiding, while refraining from speculation, panic, or any action capable of creating unnecessary tension within the party and among the general public.

According to the Director-General, the party remains focused on resolving the issue through the appropriate channels and will continue to keep its members and supporters informed of relevant developments.

He called on all party stakeholders to demonstrate unity, discipline, and confidence as the party works towards resolving the matter.

“I appeal to all our members, supporters, and well-wishers to remain calm. The party is aware of the situation and is working to address it. We urge everyone to remain peaceful and patient while the necessary steps are taken to resolve the matter,” Hon. Prince Henry Enyong stated.

The ADC reiterates its commitment to peaceful democratic engagement and encourages all members to remain united as the party pursues a resolution through the appropriate electoral and administrative processes.
