Caleb-fairer Arong and Effiong Esther have emerged as King and Queen of the Nigeria Institute of Education Students Association, NIOESA, University of Calabar (UNICAL) chapter.
The beauty pageantry which was organized by Miss. Gift James, got Miss. Elegant Ambassador of Tourism and Face of the North Central, the CEO of Lavenda House Models; Miss. Martina organizer of several run way models show, Don Havy organizer of Miss Elegant South-South Nigeria and Mr. GT Bank as judges.
Gift James, the organizer while speaking maintained that, “The pageant will help bring out innate talents of the participants and help them forge ahead”. Revealing that, “This is the first of its kind in the faculty”.
As part of the event there was a run way model show for the Wolf Clothing/DV Exclusive who seized the opportunity to showcase their African prints and how to rock them.
The winners were full of joy after been crowned. While speaking to CrossRiverWatch on separate occasions; they expressed high hopes that the platform will help shape out talents which is vital in the world of pageantry and entertainment as a whole.
The King, Caleb-fairer Arong is a second year student of Environment Education and from Yakurr local government area of the state while Effiong Esther of Education Department is from Bakassi local government.
