Less than 24 hours after rolling out a list of 83 appointees into various offices, boards, and agencies by Governor Bassey Otu of Cross River State, 44 more names have been dished out.
The separate appointment was contained in a release signed and made available by his Chief Press Secretary, Emmanuel Ogbeche, to newsmen.
While the first 83 names were Senior Special Advisers, Special Advisers, and Director-Generals, the latest into the Urban Development Authorities – Ugep, Ikom, Ogoja, and Obudu Development Authorities. They are 21 in number.

Similarly, 23 persons have been appointed as Community Relations Officers (CROs) who will serve as a mouthpiece between communities and the government.
The Governor charges the appointees to be worthy ambassadors within their communities and bring their wealth of experience to bear in service to the State.
