By CrossRiverWatch Admin The Cross River State Ministry of Education has inaugurated a new board to pilot the affairs of the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB). The five member board has Dr. Stephen Odey as Chairman, Mrs. Nancy Awukam, Board Member 1, Mr. Inyang Nyong Okon, Board Member 2, Mrs. Juliana Nkpe Bisong, Board
